Biography

Joh Rienks is an agile facilitator, instructional designer and coach. She has spent the last decade working across professional services, manufacturing, state and federal government, to deliver change and build leadership capability. Early in her career, Joh gained a valuable insight into institutional demands during her military career in operations and director of business performance management.

Using a strength-based approach and an authentic style, Joh brings her full self to every interaction, working to understand client needs and deliver targeted solutions. Demonstrating a calm and confident approach with audience groups at all levels, Joh has mastered her craft, managing a presence in the room that evokes trust and confidence.

Joh holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Human Resource Management & Sociology), Graduate qualifications in policy & Training and is accredited a variety of tools such as Instructional design/assessment, Balanced Scorecard, Australian Business Excellence Framework, MBTI, Human-Synergistics full suite and Motivational Maps etc. She is currently completing diploma studies in Neuroleadership.
