WHO WE ARE

BlueZenith Leadership and Coaching Solutions was established in 2015 to work with leaders, teams and organisations to maximise performance by balancing high task achievement with excellent people skills in any environment. In today’s increasingly complex work and social environments, where conditions are often volatile and changing on a regular basis, success is based on the ability to create space to predict future challenges, and to adapt and flex to meet those challenges. We believe every leader, team and organisation has the potential to achieve this.

The BZ team has a strong and successful history of working within the Australian Defence Force (ADF).  To work successfully within this industry, you must be willing to accept a challenge, be resilient and have courage and integrity.  You can be confident that these are the qualities you will get from your BZ facilitators and coaches.

The BZ team has exposure and experience delivering programs to a wide range of teams and industries, from engineering organisations, to police and emergency services and public sector agencies, sporting teams and education services.  With every organisation we work with, we constantly strive to achieve our vision to unlock the potential for people, teams and organisations to perform beyond their expectations.

A long term goal for BZ is to focus on our youth to increase self-awareness and constructive leadership behaviours.  We believe this is instrumental in driving future sustained success in business, sport and communities as whole.  By providing tools and support to young people before they enter the workplace, the decisions they make about careers and their future can potentially be more informed and balanced.  This, in turn, empowers and motivates them to achieve their potential, and positively influences those around them.
